Dr. Hardik Parikh, M.D. was born and raised in New Jersey. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School with his ophthalmology residency at New York University. His expertise is in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) approaches as well as traditional medical, surgical and laser therapies. Dr. Parikh specializes in cataract surgery with standard and premium intraocular lenses that treat astigmatism and presbyopia. In addition, Dr. Parikh is a member of the American Glaucoma Society, and fellow of American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is fluent in Spanish and Gujarati.

Dr. Parikh was very thorough in his examination regarding a possible hole/tear in my right eye. Although he had to refer me to a retina specialist, his thoroughness brought to attention a bigger problem that existed in my left eye.
Dr was great but the nurse and staff are horrible. The nurse accused me of being rude and stormed out of office. I had an emergency appointment because I was going blind in one eye. Not only did it take 1 hour for the Dr to see me but nurse or assistant had the ordasity to get upset because I was acting upset
