It is a decent, respectable place, but the reception staff—particularly the person sitting on the right as you enter through the main door—do not know how to treat patients with respect. They need to be reminded that they are dealing with patients, not homeless people; and even if they were homeless, they should still be treated with respect.

My appointment was schedule for 11:30am and I waited 40 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Hardik was very pleasant and informative during the exam. I was just unhappy with the wait time.
