I was told by his coordinator that I could get an impairment rating from him even know he didn't do the surgery, so I planned my trip to San Diego and scheduled the appointment with him. After waiting 2 hours he came in and told me he wouldn't do the rating and said it was a consolation appointment. WOW talk about a waste of time. I know he's a good Doctor but the communication between I'd differ to say.
