Did not see the doctor but his assistant. She was nice and great but had to call the doctor and I was in an exam room for 45 minutes to an hour.

Although the practice is busy, Hanscy creates time to sit down with me to review my chart. His orders and recommendations are always on point. His medical, cultural, anthropological competencies are truly remarkable. He epitomizes the kind, compassionate, highly knowledgeable, humble, and down to earth expert who makes it his priority to treat each patient and every human being with respect and dignity. Friendly, kind and professional

I was there for a pacer check not a z Dr visit waited for over an hour. Went to the desk and the women was very apologetic. She said that they fax the arrival to the back office and at times it gets lost in other paper work. She said she would call and notify someone which she did and within a few minutes I was taken back. I also noted that everyone was waiting and two men left , one very irately. I am a retire process engineer and can say with certainty, your processes are broken!

Dr. Seide is the absolute BRST. Mallory, too! They’re amazing. ❤️🍾🫶

My only concern with Dr Seide was that he could be a bit more informative about things. He said nothing to me before or after the ablation; and I was a little nervous about the whole. No reflection on his skills; he obviously did a great job. I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask but never got the chance.

I have been a patient of Dr. For 12 years, without his expertise I wouldn't be at the age of 87 right now. His kindness and caring, is the best Dr. I know.

Nurse practitioner not very friendly. Asking questions about things she should have on file.

Difficult to understand his English. Not explaining procedure where I can understand. Waiting in waiting room for more than 1.5 hrs. The nurse was incorrect by stating it was because DR was called in for emergency and when we asked DR about it, his answer was took longer with other patients. Totally unacceptable. Other people in waiting room had the same experience we did after talking to them.

Two hour two hour. Wait time is unacceptable. This is my first visit so we will see how it goes in the future. I’m hoping for my sake the doctor is excellent.

One of the Greatest Doctors in all of Florida. Staff are always polite and nice. Office is always clean and the restrooms also.
