Hands down the best medical care I’ve received in years. Dr Hassan Qureshi and Dr Leslie Beckham-Wright were the only ones who actually caught what was happening. After urgent care and the ER dismissed it as “fluid,” Dr Qureshi immediately recognised sudden sensorineural hearing loss and started treatment right away. Within a week, my hearing went from profound loss to normal to mid-range. Dr Qureshi’s calm, clear way of explaining everything made a terrifying situation manageable. He never rushed, made sure I understood each step and even squeezed me in the following week for a second in-ear steroid injection, which made a huge impact. Dr Leslie Beckham-Wright was just as outstanding. She walked me through every test, broke down the results in a way I could actually understand and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. I genuinely believe they saved my hearing. I recommend them without hesitation.
