She is very understanding and clear on her instructions and friendly. She genuinely cares for ger patients
I honestly felt rushed. I understand the back-up for seeing each patient and maybe getting caught in thinking about patient’s maybe as a number and having no questions or concerns so much, but I just felt rushed.

Very courteous and professional. Asking the pertinent questions, followed by answering my own questions. Very pleased with the Dr. Ladin and the entire staff. Especially those behind the scenes, like the call center.
Spent less than 3 minutes on my daughter. Basically offered no help and just refer us to somewhere else. Also forgetful, promised a doctor’s note for school and totally forgot.

Did not introduce herself. Was not very friendly.
She has a rough bedside manner. Doesn't really listen to the patient. Didn't pay attention to my medical record or medications im taking. Was rude when asking questions. Was very rude to medical student who was assisting her. Ordered wrong xray on wrong body part. No attention to deal.
