He was strictly focused on my anxiety diagnosis the minute he stepped in the room. He repeatedly asked if I had anxiety even though it’s in my chart. He contradicted himself several times by initially saying my symptoms are due to the systemic inflammation still lingering from endometriosis, then said I had no signs of systemic inflammation. He looked at a previous MRI I had where my physiatrist told me in the follow up inflammation was seen on it so much that I was offered a cortisone injection. But Dr. Bajwa said there’s no inflammation in that mri. He then recommended I see a physiatrist…as he was reading a report FROM my physiatrist. In the end he said my symptoms are from my anxiety. Anxiety I have been fully medicated for and been receiving therapy for for over 12 years. Not sure how joint subluxations, blue fingertips and poor wound healing are caused from anxiety. I’d recommend better education and sensitivity training regarding women and mental health.
