I think Dr. Najerian is the best! I’ve been going to him since my father died from colon cancer probably 35 or so years ago. I hope to never have to find a new doctor. He has to keep working until I die. Lol.

Dr. Haig Najarian, M.D. is a practicing Gastroenterologist in Orange and Irvine, CA. He treats patients with gastrointestinal and liver disease and performs a wide spectrum of endoscopic procedures.
He was raised in Southern California and graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. Shortly after, he obtained his medical degree at the USC School of Medicine in 1992, where he developed his interest in gastroenterology and liver disease. Dr. Najarian then served his clinical internship, residency, and gastroenterology fellowship at the UC San Diego School of Medicine.
In 1997, Dr. Najarian joined the clinical staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Orange, as well as several other Orange County hospitals. Additionally, he has been an active member of the St. Joseph’s staff, serving on the Quality Enhancement Committee, as well as the Internal Medicine Core Committee, where he is the current Vice Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine. He also served as the GI Section Committee Chair and is an active member of the Medicine Executive Committee. Finally, he has been a sub-investigator in numerous clinical trials.
On a personal level, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, who are currently all in college. He enjoys traveling, many types of music, sports, and hiking.
