I had a bladder scan - never explained why or what it showed. Listened to my issues and concerns. Explained possible reasons for my condition and possible continued testing. Didn’t get the feeling she really cared about me as a person beyond my medical condition. Maybe I would have a different perspective if my first impression with the office nurse was better.
