While he has a special interest in trauma of the hand and upper extremity, including bone, tendon, and nerve repair, Dr. Starr also frequently performs minimally invasive and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow, and wrist. This includes surgery to address overuse or sports injuries, workplace injuries, arthritis, and nerve compression such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
