Dr Hazlitt has a factual no nonsense manner and gives information clearly. Tests I have needed for a long time were ordered and risks and benefits were laid out honestly. I appreciated all of this very much.

Dr. Hazlitt has held teaching positions at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine, as well as the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
