He demonstrated care and respect for me and was reassuring about my treatment going forward. The appointment was made for me from another doctor's office the previous day and in spite of having an already full schedule he took time with me and nothing felt rushed.

Dr Hazlitt is so friendly and explains things in a way I can understand! I learned things I’ve never been told since my heart attack in 2017. Very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me to the right doctor so that I can move forward with my issue.

He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, as well as a member of the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Hazlitt has held teaching positions at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine, as well as the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
