From the surrounding staff to Dr Bragdon herself, it was an excellent visit. The front desk was very professional and kind, and Mike the MA was great to work with. He was also very friendly and professional.
I met Dr Bragdon where I work in peri-operative services at Newport Hospital.
Not only is she always friendly, but also shows empathy. That's extremely important to me. People don't want robots taking care of them. They also want kindness. Dr Bragdon is always a pleasure to see and say hello to, and when I watch her with her patients, I see and hear exactly what I'd look for in a surgeon.
It's not just her kind demeanor, but that I trust her 100%. When patients come in for surgery I always assure them that they are in the best of hands (no pun intended), and that I myself would go to her if I ever needed a hand specialist.
Well, that day came. I needed to get her opinion and services after a bad accident, and she did not disappoint.
5 stars!
