I had a 10:25 appointment, at 11:45, 3 people were called back for him. I was told at that time, he was running late, which was already 1 he 20 minutes, I was called bsck at 12, no one had Come our. I told them I could not stay, one I had appointments at 12:30 to have a skin cancer removed and two I was diabetic and needed to eat

My parents are elderly. This kind of check-in technology is foreign, time-consuming, and obtrusive for them. If I had not been there to help, it would have been a fiasco. Your receptionist(s) should checking-in older folks the traditional way.

After the shot in my knee the pain has subsided significantly. Don't understand why an MRI is not done to show possible problems with tendons & cartlidge.
