He was fully aware of the implications of my sciatica inflammation and prescribed a plan to treat it which has addressed my pain and improved my comfort.

He didn’t do anything but tell me to take pain meds. No exam nothing. I’ve been taking pain meds and they aren’t helping which is why I went to Dr. I immediately went to chiropractor after leaving orthogroup and chiropractor had X-rays show a rib out of place which was cause of pain! Dr Rutledge said nothing was wrong except fatigue. My entire appointment from check in to leaving only took 20 minutes. I was with the dr less than 5 mins. I didn’t even have time to finish the check in paperwork during my entire visit. I turned it in at the end without finishing because they were rushing me out of there.

The “bestest”. Just hope he doesn’t retire before I take these 86 year old bones to my home in the sky!!! Just enjoy seeing and talking to him!!!

My parents are elderly. This kind of check-in technology is foreign, time-consuming, and obtrusive for them. If I had not been there to help, it would have been a fiasco. Your receptionist(s) should checking-in older folks the traditional way.
