He’s really excellent doctor the bad thing after July he will not be my primary doctor. She started over again. Do you have the trust on a doctor? It’s not easy, but Mr. Moto has been an awesome doctor.

Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Dr. Guillermo Madero graduated from the University of Monterrey Mexico, where he received his medical degree. After living in Mexico for 25 years, and with only two pieces of luggage, Dr. Madero moved to New York City for his residency and fellowship at Staten Island University Hospital. In 2015 Dr. Madero and his wife moved to San Antonio, Texas to start a family and to be closer to home.
Growing up in a Catholic family an educational priest invited Dr. Madero to attend a seminar to consider becoming a priest. Though he did not ultimately become a priest, what Dr. Madero learned, was that through the philosophy of “men in the service of mankind” was that by becoming a doctor, he could serve others helping them achieve a better lifestyle and healthier outcomes. He also learned about the Virgin de Guadalupe, encouraging him to reach out to his faith for guidance. Having a “Guadalupe” Clinic at GMG was a beautiful symbol for Dr. Madero.
Dr. Guillermo Madero, M.D. started with Gonzaba Medical Group in 2021. He loves that GMG caters to seniors and to the geriatric community, treating each patient Como Familia, Like Family. It is important to him that GMG is physician-led and focuses on the outcomes of patients.
In Dr. Madero’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two small children, running, and hiking. You may catch him reading a Stephen King or Michael Crichton novel, playing backgammon, dominos, grilling some carnitas asadas, and watching his favorite soccer team, Rayados of Monterrey.
