While Dr Giusti was excellent, SOS was very inept. I had a 9:40 appointment. I did not get to see Dr Giusti until 11:30 and the blame is completely on SOS. He was very apologetic about the situation. That is totally unacceptable. Folks, my time is important too. ‘Not acceptable to make ANY patients wait more than 20 minutes. I was offered another appointment - 18 days out! As much as I like the doctor, I will not wait like that again.

I was in bad car accident last month, I was hit buy a girl who ran a red light and my arm was broken in three places. He saw me with in a day and had me in surgery the day after. He did an amazing job and he has the best personality. My scars are minimal. I am sill healing it’s only been 6 weeks but he’s implied he wiould be here for me for the long haul. Great Surgeon!!!

Extremely knowledgeable. Was seen fast and came up with a treatment plan, while addressing all my issues. Very pleasant doctor.

Not sure this doctor is as comfortable with the less invasive endoscopic carpal tunnel release. After discussing my body’s ability to grow scar tissue, he still suggested an open procedure saying that there is less of a chance of nerve damage with the open procedure. This doesn’t correlate with the information I have read regarding the endoscopic and open procedure. I just was not comfortable with this doctor.

I absolutely love Dr Giusti! He listens, explains things to you, and doesn't jump straight to surgery if it's not immediately needed.

Dr. Giusti not only addressed the matter of broken bone in the hand,but tended to the abrasions associated with the patient's fall as well, which provided instant relief and prevention of infection in arm and leg. Sometimes this administration of first aid could be handed off to someone else but this approach assured me that this doctor's first concern was his patient. Our experience today was more than satisfactory.

Explained something to me that is physically impossible. Had a break on my finger with bone fragment displaced where the extender tendon attaches and he said the tendon is still attached amd will heal where the bone broke off. It’s physically impossible. Then changed his story to where scar tissue will build on just hold the joint in place. All just to have me come back every 3 weeks for over 3 months to retape a finger to bill the insurance. Dr Giusti not only figured out what was wrong with my hand, but when he began to suggest anti-inflammatories, he asked for my medication list. When he saw that I was on Plavix, he instructed me that I should never take Aleve or Advil. He said it could cause bad abdominal trouble. My heart doctor did not tell me that. Neither did my general practitioner. I think maybe they should take a few lessons from Dr Giusti. Because of the Plavix, Dr Giusti decided to put a Cortizone shot in my hand. He said it would take a few days for it to feel better. It’s not as bad as it was, but it’s not better yet. I’m patient though, i’ll give it time. I really appreciate Dr. Giusti sharing his knowledge beyond orthopedics. He may have just saved my life!

I have been going to Kristi for many years and hesitated to change doctors but I had a great experience! Dr. Giusti was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my issues immediately.

I had to wait an hour to be seen. I saw him in Oct 2022, for elbow pain, & was told I had Tendinitis. I was shown a few stretches to do & told to return if the pain continued. It did continue & I hit the elbow, on brick, approximately a month & half ago. It was bruised & tender, & I scraped the skin off, so I was giving it time to heal. I saw my pcp & described it was painful to put pressure on it, even on soft surfaces. She ordered an X-ray & it showed a bone spur, so I came back to see Dr Giusti. He said he saw the bone spur, on the X-ray he took in Oct, but said it was just an “artifact.” He said the ulnar nerve was reactive & mentioned possible Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. I was told to keep my arm as straight as I could, sleep by hugging a large pillow, get my X-ray to him, and give it 6 weeks. Then, he wanted a nerve conduction test ordered and said he’d see me after that. I wasn’t given any information about my possible condition. I’m asking my pcp to refer me to another doctor.

He is an excellent pro idea and very nice. But I am still having pain, I was told to call back if it didn't get better. I l called the office and left a message but it has been 3 days and it hasn't been returned. I need a referral and my images on disk. No one answers the medical records number and the voicemail is full.

I appreciated the time Dr Giusti took explaining my injury and what I need to do to rehabilitate my elbow. I prefer a conservative approach to treating an injury and Dr Giusti does as well. I was instructed on how to lift, stretch, wear my brace, and treat the pain I have. I would recommend Dr Giusti to friends and family.
