While I wasn’t pleased with the options to remedy my situation, Dr Gershkovich was great and gave me some great info.
I was five minutes early for appointment time. Sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes before being taken back to exam room where is sat for 25 minutes waiting for Dr. G. He came in room, asked couple of questions then left. He was there for a total of three minutes and never actually examined my hand. This is the third time I have had to sit and wait like this and it’s ridiculous. Last time I was there I sat in exam room for nearly 45 minutes. His appointments need to be spaced farther apart so patients are not sitting and waiting like this. Our time is just as important as his time.
