I forgot to get labs done but did not have anything reminding me to do this. Communication all around would have help; written on an appointment card, notification in portal, person at desk said they usually call and remind patients if they see they haven’t been done etc. Fortunately, Dr. Scheible still saw me and we had a discussion.
