Now getting ready to have a new laporascopic surgery to remove an ovarian large cyst under his care, and
I know I am in the best care possible. I highly recommend Dr Shelton.

I was not given answers or additional test. I was told I’m miscarrying and never received bloodwork but was told the services I paid for would include everything.

Doctors should always introduce themselves before pt is asked to undress. Dr Shelton was attentive and pleasant enough, but he talked very fast, removed a cervical polyp and gave me no instructions re expected bleeding or aftercare of removal site. Also suggested Cologuard, but I was not given instructions/prescription on how to get a kit. Overall, he was adequate, but not a strong positive first impression.

Dr. Shelton earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Colby College in Waterville, ME, and returned to Texas to attend medical school at The University of Texas – Southwestern in Dallas. His Ob/Gyn residency was completed at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital in Dallas.
