Dr. Jerkins give me the worst care I have ever received. I went in for my one week postop appointment in excruciating pain. He was 45 minutes late to our appointment and told me there is nothing he can do for me in the office. He didn’t even ask me what my symptoms were or tried to help me with the issues. When he was going to remove my Steri-Strips over my C-section incision, he was using his bare hands, I had not seen him wash his hands so I asked him to please put on gloves. His response was my hands are as good as yours so you can do it yourself. He didn’t help me down onto the table or get up off the table as he saw I was in agony. He ended the meeting with a request for me to get a new doctor and to report my disappointment to HR. Terrible bedside manner, worst experience I have ever had. No woman postpartum should ever feel the way he had me feeling when I left the office.

He understood my health concerns and explained what I need to do. He listens and directs you the right way. I was so happy talking to him as a first time patient. He did not cut me off and rush me out the office.I had to give him a big hug. Thank you

Jerkins sits and listens to your health concerns and is caring I would recommend him

Provider didn’t show up and I ended up seeing a nurse practitioner which now I have to come back again for what I originally thought I was coming in for.

i’ve waited an hour to be seen, and when i did get seen it was only for 5 mins. i’ve had a previous appointment scheduled with him around 1 and was told i wasn’t going to get seen until 1:30 because he likes to take his time after his lunch so can i come a little later? like excuse me? absolutely not. won’t be under his care ever again.
