He understood my health concerns and explained what I need to do. He listens and directs you the right way. I was so happy talking to him as a first time patient. He did not cut me off and rush me out the office.I had to give him a big hug. Thank you

Provider didn’t show up and I ended up seeing a nurse practitioner which now I have to come back again for what I originally thought I was coming in for.

i’ve waited an hour to be seen, and when i did get seen it was only for 5 mins. i’ve had a previous appointment scheduled with him around 1 and was told i wasn’t going to get seen until 1:30 because he likes to take his time after his lunch so can i come a little later? like excuse me? absolutely not. won’t be under his care ever again.
