I had a Partial Lateral Meniscectomy done by Dr. Komenda 3 days ago, and I took off the bandage today which revealed only 3 minor incisions. I’m up and moving around and feel I’ll be back to normal within a few week’s time!

Dr. Komenda grew up in Washington State. He received a Bachelor of Science from the UW and attended St. Louis University for his medical degree. After doing his residency in Maryland, he completed a sports medicine fellowship at the highly regarded Southern California Orthopedic Institute.
He and his wife have two boys who keep them busy with their sports teams and activities. In his free time, he enjoys flying, photography and coaching lacrosse.
