Dr Howard takes his time with you and answers all your questions. He gives you good advice he teaches you how to eat and exercise. I learn a lot from him and try to do my best to exercise and eat correctly as l age. I’m so glad that we have a bone health doctor. His staff is excellent. He is on time. I couldn’t be happier.

I have lost almost thirty pounds this year without the assistance of medication. Dr. Howard and Ashley Brown, Health Coach, have worked with me each month to focus on the elements of my health that I want to change. You must make an effort, take accountability, and listen to what they tell you. It's a science within your body where food is a chemical reaction, and stress, sleep, and exercise react with your hormones. Choose your hard. Make a change and feel better through hard work, or don't and watch your body deteriorate. I highly recommend making an appointment. You will not regret your decision.
