Great excellent Thank Yoiu.
Why are medical services becoming so frustrating? You’re given a form to complete online as pre checkin. That is completed and then on arrival you have to complete the exact same form with similar answers in writing. Why? Then when the nurse checks you in she asks the exact same questions that you already completed online and in writing and rather than reading it she needs the answers again. Why? Then when you finally get to see the actual doctor he has no knowledge of your medical history that was provided and refer you to someone else. Couldn’t all this be avoided by just reviewing the documentation prior to the appointment and not wasting hours? So inefficient. And all this time is billed at exorbitant fees and could’ve been avoided altogether. Is asking for efficient cost effective medical care such an outrageous request?
fit me in for an injection and spent time exploring options for my hand surgery in discussion. Highly recommend!
Dr. Frechette saw my 82 year old mother, he took the time to explain to her what was wrong with her wrist, the amount of time needed for it to heal. He kept a close eye on her and she was grateful.
I was given a same day appointment the care was explained well. My questions were all answered
Very pleasant. Offered choices for treatment. On time
Left the decision to me on whether or not to get a shot. Seemed uninterested. Didn't provide any reason for why I had a trigger finger, what exactly it is or what I should expect in the future.
I am very happy with his repairing my wrist. I am back to using it in every way. He is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him.
First time in this practice, everyone was very nice. The Dr was kind and caring, fortunately my hand is not broken, so no further treatment required, beyond a follow up in a 2 weeks. I will definitely use this practice for any orthopedic needs I may need.
Too quick, no social skills, did not take time to get to know me, neither asked my medical history. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
