I am relatively new to the Parker area. This was my first appointment at this office. I waited quite awhile to get an appointment and before seeing Dr. Fliney on the day of my appointment. Before seeing him, a non-opthalmologist/non-optometrist young woman performed part of an eye test on me - something usually done by at least an optometrist. The reason I wanted to be seen by an opthalmologist was due to the number of vision issues I have and the questions I had. I was moved to a hallway waiting area and, finally, into another exam room. Once Dr.Fliney came in, it felt a bit rushed. He did not repeat that part of the eye exam that the young woman had done or do a complete exam. Since he was referring me to a specialist, he said they'd do the exam. I feel short-changed. Also, while in the waiting room, I had time to look over the frames available. I found the selection small, redundant, conservative, and uninteresting. Not many frames for big guys, either.
Dr Fliney is personable, kind and knowledgeable. He takes the time to address all my concerns and doesn't rush me through my appointments.
Dr Finley is great I can't emphasize how he makes you feel he is confident in his expertise which relaxes you as a patient plus he's a heck of a nice guy
