Dr. Farino is kind and respectful. He thoroughly explains the diagnosis and options for treatment I appreciated his easygoing manner and expertise. I would highly recommend him to others.

Great to meet the doctor and he spent the time to understand and evaluate what the issue was. He also added detail on how to avoid aggravating the injury and how to approach activities with a sense of awareness. It was an overall great visit to a doctor that took a moment for a patient!

First, the staff was so kind and helpful! As for Dr. Farino, I would give him 10 stars if I could. He was so patient, explained everything fully, answered all of my questions with a sincere demeanor, and I never felt rushed. It was as if I was his only patient. I wish more professionals would adopt his manners! Lastly, I saw him for a problem with my left hand. He was very clear on the diagnosis, treatment available, and long-term prognosis. He treated me in the office on my initial visit, and he not only made me feel relaxed, the treatment has worked! I absolutely recommend Dr. Farino!!!

An amazing doctor who is the best hand doctor I’ve ever worked with. I had hand surgery in Louisville by the best surgeon there and it didn’t work so Greg did it over. While he was away I had to see another surgeon here in Bradenton and he had to re-do that as well!

Knows his stuff. Explained alternatives to my pain. Gave me temporary one to be evaluated when/if the problem comes back. Very kind and caring
