The online app for pre registration was awful. It kept asking me the same questions and I could never get to the end. After three tries I gave up. Once at the office I had to fill out the same paperwork I did online. Once in the waiting area with assistant she wanted me to continue filling out info on an iPad looking device. As I was filling out the questions the assistant was asking me the same questions that I was filling out on the iPad! I would answer a question and she would ask me the same question at the same time! Horrible experience and I almost walked out. However the Doctor was very professional and kind. Communicated well and made me feel at ease with the cortisone procedure I was about to receive. He changed my mind about the office. The five stars are for him and him only.

Dr. Farino is phenomenal. Understanding, kind, and observant. I’ve had several doctors tell me for many years that nothing was wrong, but Dr. Farino recognized the problem right away and immediately put me on the right track. I’m forever grateful for him.
