Waited two months to see this physician and was extremely disappointed. He was unprofessional and displayed a lack of compassion. He was in the room for a few minutes in between seeing a nurse practitioner which was not disclosed at any point when the appointment was made or at confirmation. He also made it clear that he has nothing to do with St Luke’s hence him not looking back at my child’s complete history prior to our appointment. I found it strange considering we were in a St Luke’s office..We will not see this doctor again. Pediatric Urology through LVHN was highly recommended and will be our next step.
