Partial Knee Replacement
Dr. Dabov performs partial knee replacement surgery in Campbell Clinic’s outpatient Surgery Center. Partial knee replacement utilizes a minimally invasive approach (employing a smaller incision and less disruption) when compared to traditional total knee replacements.

Direct Anterior Hip Replacement
Dr. Dabov also performs direct anterior total hip replacement surgery at Campbell Surgery Center. This procedure allows some patients to undergo hip replacement in an outpatient setting, and for those with limited prior conditions and who are not significantly overweight, it can be a very successful alternative.

Such an amazing doctor, he replaced both of my knees and has been helping me with my knees. We recently moved 400 miles away but had to be in the Memphis area so I booked an appointment with him to get shots in my knees, I could have done that here but really wanted a chance for a proper goodbye, to talk about my health but also about life, our futures, and family. To give him a hug and let him know how special he is too me. He is amazing and if you are having issues with your hips or knees you should consider him. Great doctor, surgeon, and man, who goes over all of your options in detail.
Dr. Dabov is the best! He did both of my TKR’s! His pain management formula can’t be beat. I recommend him 100%!
He’s the best!! I’ve had both hips replaced and now my L knee due to Osteoarthritis. Each time I never had problems with infection or blood clots and he made sure I was given the correct medication to help with pain, swelling, infection and to prevent DVT’s! Perfect care and Physical Therapy given!!

So conscientious, efficient, skilled & knowledgeable. Good listener, kind & personable. Empathetic & nonjudgmental to those of us needing to lose weight prior to joint replacement surgery. Every visit for over 2 & 1/2 years has been a positive experience. Every time I see the lady who recommended him to me, I thank her profusely. I don't see how anyone could go wrong with Dr. Dabov. I trust him implicitly.
