Dr Goldstein is a very capable doctor but unfortunately there was no follow-up when I asked him to contact my insurance company regarding my need for a hearing aid. They requested a letter supporting the fact that I needed one from their office and not one off of the shelf and he did not send one.
Needless to say, I was not able to get the appropriate hearing aid which is unfortunate. 🤔

Abrupt, no explanation, brought 3 med students didn't ask or introduce then waited longer in waiting room than appt. Didn't let nurse finish taking info, finished it himself and felt he was putting words in my mouth.

I had an appointment scheduled was given emails and text to verify I would be there. Arrived and they didn't know why I was there having not had a hearing test they never told me about. After 20 minutes of them trying to figure out how to reschedule me 3 months later I walked out.
