My appt. was at 10 a.m. At 12:30 I was still waiting. My friend who drove me hadnt planned for this to take most of her day. I can understand if some kind of emergency came up, but nobody even told me anything. Or checked on me. I didnt know if doctor had left for the day. I got off of stretcher, went in hall & asked somebody to take IV out, I was leaving. The doctor was all of a sudden available & I was taken to surgery soon after. This upset me bcs I was nervous about having surgery. But more important was that it inconvenienced my friend, who was doing me a huge favor by driving me to my appointment. Just not very happy right now

Kind, compassionate Doctor. Communicates at my level of comprehension. Wouldn’t change to another physician and highly recommend to friends and family.

He is rude, misogynistic, and does not care about the patient only his ego. I waited from 215 until 315 to go to a room. Then over 1 hour later he comes in. I was talking with my husband on the phone. I immediately got off. Then immediately had a call from my daughter. I told her could not talk in with Dr. She needed 20 for food. He siad you need to put that phone up and in your pocket or purse. I said to him sorry need a second. I needed to send 20 for food for my granddaughter. It took me less than 20 seconds. He turned around and as he was walking out he said I will give you plenty of seconds. He effectively was punishing me because I had an emergency. He left me more than 15 minutes almost 20. I am 62 and he effectively "put me in time our". There are NO signs in the room, halls nor waiting room that say no phone use. I was there 2 hours and 40 minutes. Almost all waiting to see him. He decided after he was mad not to do my cystoscopy. He is transferring me
