Dr. Greg Crewdson, D.O., is board-certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine from the University of Louisville. He earned his medical degree from Des Moines University, completed his internship at Mercy St. Vincent, and his anesthesia residency at Indiana University. His clinical interests include neuromodulation, minimally invasive spine procedures, and comprehensive patient care.
