Dr. Parr received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and obtained his medical degree from Wayne State University. He completed his surgical internship and urology residency at the University of Kentucky. After arriving in 1991, Dr. Parr immediately established a female incontinence program as well as a research department within the practice. He has been the lead investigator for a variety of phase I-IV clinical trials for new drug therapy research projects.

An awesome doctor. He explains everything that you need to know regarding your procedure and after procedure when you are awake, he let you know the results.

Dr. Parr is one amazing urologist and most of all a compassionate and caring human being. I have been a patient of Dr. Parr for 14 years and have never been disappointed. He truly cares about his patients. He is one in a billion.
