Needs to talk and take more time with the patient and listen to them instead of rushing , and really the drs need to work with your ins , since my ins says they cover them and then come to find out they don’t …. Or at least work with the patient .. come on who has $300 per visit …

We were extremely pleased and impressed with Dr. Noonburg! He was attentive to my concerns and explanation to the issue with my shoulder and my slow recovery from my rotary cuff surgery. He had x-rays taken of my neck to see if it might be somehow involved. After looking at them he indicated a MRI was warranted and will schedule one before my next appointment. His explanation of the possible problems and method to address them were very easy to understand, down-to-earth. The previous day I saw Mary Vacala, PA-C who also listened to me, had x-rays taken of the arthritis in my shoulder and was able to assist me in scheduling an appointment with Dr. Noonburg, which was very much appreciated.

Nobody sent my prescription to cvs. I called to see when It would be ready and they didn’t have it.

So far so good!! I'll let you know if & when I need any intervening!! Right niw we just consulted & I will follow up with any recommendations.
