Dr. Grant Garlick is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and dual fellowship trained in adult reconstruction and sports medicine. He completed his medical training at the University of South Florida in Tampa and his residency in Newark, New Jersey.
Dr. Garlick has advanced training in all areas of sports and joint replacement, including complex cartilage restoration, ligament reconstruction and joint resurfacing and replacement. He is trained in robotic surgery, navigation, arthroscopy, and minimally invasive surgery for knee replacement. He is currently one of the only surgeons in the region performing outpatient surgery center knee replacement. Although he has been trained in all areas of sports and joint reconstruction, his keen interest lies in knee joint preservation and patients with knee arthritis.

Because I am a work comp case I have only seen him twice. The post op visit was with his pa. As far as my acl and meniscus surgery goes he did great! Very happy with it. I will say he is very attentive and straightforward. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Everyone I encountered along this journey speaks very highly of him.

Very personable and thorough. He was honest and open and did not try to force his opinion on surgery on you. I scheduled my knee replacement with him.
Very thorough examination. He takes time to explain the healing process and answer questions.
Dr. Grant and staff are amazing every time I come in. Also, I don’t remember her name but she gives me my injections all the time and she awesome. I really don’t want anybody else to do because she is very good on what she does. I know she is pregnant and won’t be at my next appointment, but she needs to be recognized as an employee.

It was a great visit. My concerns were addressed and treatment was provided. Not fun having fluid removed from your knee, but it was done very professionally and I am looking forward to a positive outcome. Thank you.
He examined the range of motion of my knees and discussed different forms of treatment. I asked questions and he gave me an unbiased opinion of each treatment. I would have given him 10 stars but this survey only allows 5. Keep up the great work to Dr. Garlick and his support team.
He gets ALL the stars. He knows his stuff, he is experienced, yet still compassionate and willing to listen to my questions, which he has likely heard a hundred times from others. Highly recommend.
