Dr. Dasari was very nice and friendly. We had a nice conversation throughout the process which lasted about 20 minutes. She explained what the procedure was for, what she was going to do, and what I should expect. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.

She was very rude, grabbing my bad shoulder/arm yanking it towards her when she wanted me to move it up towards her. I have VERY LIMITED motion on my left arm, which I explained. Yet she did it again, after I explained this to her. She was putting the needles in my arm, there is one particular spot on my shoulder that hurts the most, and has since the original incident in 2008. She put the needle in my arm and my goodness it hurt so very badly I had to ask her three time to get the needle out, I was in tears by the time she did remove it. The whole visit went this way. She didn’t care, she didn’t say she was sorry, nothing. She told me it would be about 10 days before I received the results to my test. When I asked her why so long, I thought it would be quicker, she said to me “I don’t know, ask them.” I have been coming to OIO since 2008 when I originally broke my arm, I have never had reason to complain, until now. This Doctor needs a serious talking to & maybe some unpaid time off.
