Dr Roedel and his staff have been an absolute joy to work with. He listens and truly hears what I am saying and is very informative. I never feel rushed but feel I get the time I need to express my concerns. He is very professional and personable. While at my second appointment he recalled many personal and timeline stats and events from my initial visit three months ago, which made me feel like he was truly interested in me as a person. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him and ISMS.

Dr. Roedel did an excellent job of diagnosing my medical problem, offering options, gave me a remedy to reduce pain and improve healing. Also, gave me a exercise program to do at home to improve healing. Very thorough.

Met with Dr Roedel through the walk - in clinic set up. He was thorough in the questions he asked, listened intently to me, ordered diagnostic X-rays and then discussed in detail the results. He then offered very sensible options for treatment and follow up. I was very impressed by by the overall walk - in clinic process and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Roedel and the clinic to others.

Dr. Roedel gave me the reassurance I needed. He took his time and explained everything. His nurse on the other hand was not on her game today. She forgot to come back to the exam room to give me the follow up information as prescribed by Dr. Roedel.
