Dr Hardy was very condescending and dismissive. He made us feel like we weren't welcome, even though we were there by referral. When I tried to explain what the Dr who referred us said on Friday, he talked over me saying and I quote "I look at X-rays all day, okayyyyyy. I've been doing this for 30 years, okayyyyyy. If you have to zoom in that much to see a fracture it's not important". I didn't ask for my daughter to be referred to a specialist. In fact, it was a major hassle to keep this appointment - I had to call out of work, my child had to miss school, AND I had to pay $50. All to be made to feel like I was overreacting while FOLLOWING ANOTHER DRS RECOMMENDATION. My daughter even said "I bet he would've treated us differently if we were guys". It was an awful first experience with this office, and I will not be recommending it in future.

I asked him not to amputate my fingers. He never made false promises but promised he would do everything for me that he could. Bedside manner was A1. Came and changed my dressing before I left hospital.

He is a wonderful and respectful doctor, very informative, and makes you feel comfortable.

I was relieved when the doctor told me I didn’t have a rotator cuff problem .
He was polite and very informative for the care of my shoulder to get it healed up .

Very helpful and open with easily understandable instructions.
EDUCATION: Dr. Hardy completed his undergraduate study at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee and received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana.
ADDITIONAL TRAINING: Completed his general surgery internship and residency at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga Unit, Chattanooga, Tennessee and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga Unit, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
