The reviews listed below were collected independently of North Shore Ear, Nose & Throat through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
The visit felt rushed and insensitive. I was anxious about the procedure, but the doctor did not explain what he was doing or warn me before spraying a numbing solution into my nose, which made me gag. He spoke quickly and did not clearly explain why I needed another biopsy at the same place as before. I left feeling uncomfortable and confused about the plan.

Brusque, business-like, busy. Not open to explanations, discussions. Got five word comment on what was going on, and referral. So okay.

Dr. Verdugo was friendly and professional. He was hurried, though. And while my “condition” did not require a lot of attention, I wish he had taken the time to explain some particulars of the test results.
