Dr is very kind and takes time to explain things.

Dr. Verdugo is arrogant and doesn’t care to answer questions. He answers questions as if the answer should be obvious- but not everyone attends medical school so patients rely on him to explain, compassionately, what is going on and make recommendations on how to proceed. We need a new doctor because he is just looking for patients to perform quick easy surgery on so he gets paid.

He was arrogant! He didn't want to listen to me, he was right and I was wrong at everything I said to him. It was waste of my time and I'm still concerned about my throat!
