He attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also interned. He has been in practice in the Tampa Bay area since 2002.
Dr. Fuoco’s philosophy on helping his patients with pain centers around identifying the primary pain generator and prescribing a comprehensive approach to improve a patient’s pain and maximize functional outcomes. This can include a combination of physical therapy, interventional spinal procedures, appropriate prescription medications, as well as other modalities. A key philosophy to Dr. Fuoco’s work is educating his patients on understanding why they have pain and why the treatment plan has been prescribed. He believes his patients should know as much as possible about their condition and that this understanding of the condition will ultimately help them maximize their outcomes during treatment.
Very informative and answered all my questions. Performed an epidural and made me very comfortable with the procedure. I would say he made the visit pleasant.
He explains everything and is really concerned about pain levels and he really listens to you
Very thorough and answered my questions. Nice friendly manner.
Fr Fuoco is excellent in taking time, listening and answering questions. He always seems conscientious and caring. Most of the staff are the same. Although a while back he had one nurse tech who was just very crass. At today’s visit, I did not see her which of my opinion was good.. for me. He’s easy to talk with, is a good listener, and I’ll certainly return. ONE. critique: its new patient portal does not provide me the complete summary of what the doctor did to me today. It seems like it gives me maybe 1/3 of a summary, but if Iit’s new patient portal does not provide me the complete summary of what the doctor did to me today. It seems like it gives me maybe 1/3 of a summary, but if I want more detail, I’ve always had to ask the doctor or his staff for the complete medical notes… AnD. To get a complete set of my records I have use some horrendously not user friendly system based in Texas.I needed records immediately, up went to office manager, asked for them. Got them within 20 min
I’m very happy with Dr Fuoco’s thoroughness in open discussion of issues as well as his optimism in his plan for my treatment.
Really liked him, took the time to explain what options I had. Very personable!!
