Extremely long wait times. Waited 20 minutes to be called to exam room. Waited another 45 minutes for the doctor. After waiting 20 more minutes for the technician to fit a boot. I decided to leave. I waited to long. No one bothered to popped in and say we are running late or just Hi someone will be with you soon. Doctor was attentive to my concerns and friendly.

The surgery I had with Dr. Incadella has been nothing but a great experience from the 1st time I had a consult with him, through my follow-up to a pretty extensive foot surgery. He was challenged with repairing another podiatrist's mess up! I was in less pain a week after my surgery than I'd been since my 1st surgery 2 years ago. His "bed side manner" is wonderful. Big thumbs all the way around

Was very impressed with his taking the time to explain how best to help me with my painful foot. His intern also spent a lot of time with me. I appreciated their recommendations on how to help eliminate or lessen the pain. Felt very knowledgeable about the road forward in eliminating my pain.

As usual, Dr. Incandela was very busy, but he always takes time w/me. He even gave me supplies to take care of a wound!

I appreciate the information and explanation of the pathology of how a hammer toe evolves. Clear explanation of what to expect through the process of treating an infection through surgery. Everyone was friendly me made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Incandela is very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. He explained well why my toes hurt and offered a range of treatments, with the suggestion that if I could tolerate the aches, I could wait and consult him again if things get worse.

Not sure if this is normal protocol. I have a fractured foot and he didn’t even look at it. He only looked at the x-ray. The x-ray techs were very unfriendly and made me climb stairs and bear weight on my foot without the boot even though I explained that my foot was broken and I was not supposed to bear weight for 2 weeks.

Dr Incandela is an excellent provider!! I would recommend him to anyone with any foot/ankle injury.
