This was a disappointing visit, and I will not be returning. I will look for another provider. While I did think Dr. Mentz was knowledgeable, I experienced her demeanor to be off putting as she was curt, seemed uninterested in my questions and it felt like she couldn’t wait to leave the room. It was not a pleasant visit at all. I left thinking and saying to myself as I was walking to my car “I’m not ever coming back here again”

Rushed and didn’t spend enough time time to hear everything I came for like looking at skin spots that I had questions about Didn’t really go over possible side effects of medication

Maybe it was my tattoos but see never felt my arms and just visually from about two feet froze spots off my arm and face. I still have sun damage raised spots on both arms. In and out in under two min.
