I felt my concerns regarding spots on my face fell on deaf ears. This is disappointing as I have already been through 2 Mohs procedures! It’s like she has a stopwatch. Please just stop & listen. I was even early for my appointment, so it wasn’t like I had kept her waiting.

She was easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with her.

Wonderful very professional

Waited 6 weeks for an appointment; paid $40 copay and she spent 7 minutes in the room. She prescribed 3 different scripts, gave zero instructions and didn’t even look at my scalp, of which one of the scripts was for. Her hand was on the door before I could ask a question. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

While I was honest about having a cold, her manner was dismissive and cold. Additionally, she was rude when I showed the spot on my scalp with a curt ‘I can’t see with your finger in the way.’

Dr. Mentz is very professional and caring. She removed an area that was cancerous and it healed nicely. She also froze 3 areas and they all healed nicely. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.

On time and great exam

This was my first appointment at Colorado Springs dermatology so I was excited to get in. I was not impressed with Dr Wentz, however, I felt very rushed and brushed off. On one hand, I appreciated her being quick so I could get back to work, but I couldn’t have been in the room for more than 5 min with her. I didn’t feel as if all my concerns were met, and I wasn’t given an opportunity to explain or discuss other options I may have. I got prescriptions and was told one of my issues is just my body, and another likely just acne. Now, I have to schedule an appt with Genesis Medspa or somewhere similar, as I know they’ll take care of the issue I attempted to bring up to Dr Mentz. Maybe it was an off day for her, I just wasn’t impressed. I don’t think I’ll be back to see her, I’ve been thinking about it the last couple of days. I’m not sure if rescheduling with a different doctor at your clinic is the way to go, as Dr Mentz demeanor was very off putting.

Ginger Men's was wonderful! I could not have been happier with this visit, as it was pretty perfect. She was very thorough and answered all my questions in terms that I could understand. Everyone I interacted with was professional while still friendly and welcoming.

I had three different things I wanted her to look atone being 3 moles. She froze two and cut one. Barely looked at my other issues. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I felt like she didn’t really care. Just wanted to get on to her next patient.

I was disappointed with my visit. I wanted her to look closely at a few different things and to help me understand what I might be dealing with. I am afraid to go to doctors already and I wanted her to see if I had any more issues to address. Instead she mad me show her where the stuff was at. And I don't even know what I am seeing. . then she sprayed the freeze without explanation ning how it works and she acted as though I was dirty it felt like. I just want someone in this town to do what they are trained to do properly. Very sad.

This was my first time to see Dr. Mentz. She was extremely thorough and so kind. Very happy to have her as my dermatologist.

I’m sure she is a fine doctor but I have seen 4 of your dermatologists over the years. One male, 3 female. The female doctors seem to have no bedside manner and all have made me feel as though my concerns are barely worth their time. Dr. Mentz did (unlike the others) tell me my problem was basically incurable. I’ve been treated with multiple goops and creams but now told it may be neurological. Maybe makes sense to them but not me. The next step is a pill given to people with narcotic issues. What! Again, I feel as in the dark now as I did years ago when I first started looking into this problem.
