Hate to compare doctors but she came in and was done in under 10 minutes. He took his time and looked at the different spots. I brought to her attention a spot and she did a biopsy on it.

Dr. Mentz listens and is thorough in her exams. I am comfortable with her and trust her advice.

I have had 3 visits with Dr. Mentz over several year span and have left frustrated each time. She is always rushing and only in the room for a minute. I’m not confident that she is looking closely at anything I bring her attention to as she barely glances at it. She has seemed annoyed or frustrated when I had more than one question or area of concern for her and offers very brief explanations. She has also done skin tag removals without any prep on what to expect it to feel like or heads up that she was starting a painful removal (I do education about trauma informed care and this is the opposite). During my last visit, I pointed out an area of concern on my skin, and on her way out of the room, she confirmed that it is very concerning and then walked out the door. After my first visit, I assumed she was just having a bad day, but it has been the same each time. I’m very frustrated with my experiences with this doctor and will be seeking care elsewhere.
