Unacceptable! My Mom was seen by her and the Dr knows she has dementia. I asked to go in with her (daughter) and the nurse told me she would see her first and then I would be brought in. My Mom came out and said she was done. I asked her what did the Dr say. She said I don’t know, I didn’t see the Dr. 🤬 I then asked to speak with the Dr not even a minute later and they told me she left for lunch! 🤬 Horrible way the Dr demonstrates her concern for her patient!

Dr. G. Esparza has been my PCP for a number of years now. She knows about me and my needs. She makes sure I am also taken care of my mental health. I first found her when I lived less than 2 miles from home. Years ago I moved to a nearby city and no longer near Gonzaba. But because I have received the best care from Dr. Esparza I continue to drive into San Antonio to see her.

Dr Esparza Medel has been our doctor for a good while. Dr. Gina knows our needs very well, she informs us as to what we need to do for our good health, gives us her opinion on how to do what we are suppose to do. Do not get rid of her. We had our first phone consultation with her yesterday, we enjoyed it very much, beats sitting in the waiting area, lol.
