Disappointed that I didn't have a chiropractic treatment today, but I understand.

Just outstanding. Thanks God, he was able to see me today after badly getting confused with my appointment time. Furthermore, he was very professional as usual, did not rush the process just to make money, took his time to work as usual on my back ensuring I continue to get better.

Appointment was scheduled for 10:10 am. At 10:50 am I went to the front desk to cancel it. I was told that a chiropractor was running late. When I asked why it was not communicate with me, there was no answer. So much experience for the first visit. The waiting area was full of patients waiting for the orthopedic care. It looks like they are overbooking for all the appointments. Not worth it. Run! I don’t care how good is a doctor if the service sucks. I didn’t feel welcome at all. The scale for feedback should be from 0-5. Will never go back!

Hands down the best doctor I've seen for any medical issue. He cares about his patients and treats them as real people with real issues. He is attentive and adjusts to your needs. He isnt pushy nor does he recommend unnecessary procedures. My husband and I both now go to Dr. Passeggiata with nothing but high praise! Wishing even doctor treated patients the way he did.

The front office staff at Riverside need MUCH MORE training on how to provide quality service to the array and volume of patients at this site. And SE Ortho's billing department is incompetent and unavailable. They do not answer the phone, they do not reply to messages and they do not try to resolve billing issues for patients.

I am very pleased with the services I am receiving from this location and I would recommend this orthopedic services to family and friends anyone involved in an accident or any assistance in orthopedic services the staff is very friendly and they try to assist you in anything Within their ability.
