I was telling him about all of my pain and he was kind of downplay it like oh it’s not that bad. The MRI only showed this. There’s day I can’t even walk after too much walking. And I told him I’m having issues exercising because it hurts so bad and he’s telling me I will be fine. I went to (New York) to see my family and after walking all through Times Square I was in bed for five days because of the pain I think doctor should listen. I’m not there for pain medicine. I already go to pain management. The pain is unbearable at times!

Doctor Lam was very thorough, listened well, and answered all my questions. He gave me some good advice as well. I appreciate his professionalism in addressing all my concerns. He was also very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Dr. Lam and everyone in his office are wonderful. They are so nice and are concerned about what's going on with you. It’s not like other doctors who rush you in and rush you out like cattle He actually listens to you and is very concerned about what's going on with you. He's on it. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a primary care doctor. He's the best.

Professional, nice communication, focused on patient concerns. Explains as needed so patient understands why procedure or what medication is recommended, etc. 👌
