Doctors spend 2 mins with a patient to understand what’s going in. What outcomes can a doctor deliver to their patients when they are spending 2 mins. Doctor has to ask questions, get insights from the patient to provide the right treatment. Only thing they do and know is prescribe medications. When they measured my BP it was a bit high. It may be one reading or I was under stress or host of other issues that may have contributed to a somewhat elevated number. Find the root cause of the issue and then provide some recommendations on how to bring the number down. Doctors, first thing they do is write prescription. It will not fix the problem 100%. Did he advise me - you do squat exercises leaning to the wall for 6-8mins that will improve your nitric oxide levels. Doctors have no clue as they themselves from these conditions. So I don’t know whether I am really benefiting from this 2 min appointments after paying $100 out of pocket
