Dr Phillips by far is the best DR I've ever seen. I'm barely new to having a heart DR so I'm having to learn about my diagnosis of congestive heart failure. And every visit he actually takes time to listen to me and explain things were I can understand them he took good care of me while in the hospital also. He definitely wins cardiologist of the year in my opinion.
