Although it was my first visit,I feel that the Doctor was very helpful with the explanation of my problem and treatment plan.

I got appointment quickly,Talk to Dr., made plan Dr. sent RX, received MRI and Dr. follow-up Appts. also quickly!

Dr Levin is the most caring Doctor I've been to. He listens to my concerns and has helped me get my pain in my neck under control. I wish all doctors were as knowledgeable as he is.

He was quite thorough and when I raised an additional issue he took the time to get the necessary X-rays and make suggestions for further treatment.

He took time to cover all possible responses and the pros and cons of each. Knowing we travel 2 hours, he made sure my husband got his injection the same day. His nurse, Kim, is very responsive to messages and a joy in the office.

As I need to think before I answer rapid fire health questions, my Appts with all of the SE Spine docs are my most dreaded doc Appts. And I see prob 6 specialists regularly. At SES, They are way Too fast moving for me to think of my answers to their questions; or to ask mine without feeling guilty for taking their time. I feel like an object on a “$ conveyor”… and Same in operating room, as doc seems not to want to look up for eye contact, or to answer an additional quick question during the positioning period, prior to actual inject prep stage. I wish there was a more pinpointed discussion of discs on MRI picture on his screens. Not good enough to simply point to screen and say that those discs are very degenerated. Also pointed me back to my chair when I tried to study pic a few seconds. He said he has no idea what a surgeon will say, but agrees continued injections not the long term answer. Just hope there is some additional info when I sign into my acct. I have not looked yet.

Dr Levin saw me 7 years ago, when my symptoms came back they got me in immediately. He provided care and medications until I got my MRI. He followed up multiple times after my back injection to make sure I was improving. He and his staff is amazing. Great experience.

A very rude person. Always had problems what comes out of his mouth. He acts like he own Southeastern Spine Inst. I hope I never have to see him again, but thank God I didn't had to see him again. I was going to curse his a** out. I was prepared to tell him off the next time I see him but it was by God willing I didn't have to go back to him again.

Got defensive when I asked a question. Talks fast and I was not sure he wanted me to ask a question. When I comment he talked fast, he said efficiency is important. He also indicated that I had been given wrong info from my prior doctor, dr George Richardson. I am glad he is taking a different approach -later opinions welcome but confusing.

Dr. Levin is great. Getting an appointment to see his was not great. When someone is in pain you should set an appointment immediately. I was miserable for 10 days before getting another doctor to call in a prescription for a steroid pack.

He was very kind and he listened explicitly. That was what was important to me. Too many doctors today flip you off.

Dr. Levin was apparently running behind and I wasn’t seen until almost an hour after my appointment time, with no updates from staff on timing. I didn’t receive an explanation or apology for the delay. I also felt like because they were running behind, my appointment was rushed and my concerns were dismissed. So nice to go to a professional office where I felt listened to, not rushed and professional behavior. So far, my favorite orthopedic experience since moving to Charleston.

I was having severe back problems and after a phone call Dr. Levin called in two RX's and scheduled a MRI. Reviewed the MRI sane day and set up follow ups. Still having issues but they are being addressed.
