Dr. Shute was very interested in my problem hip and shoulder. He took the time to explain the problems and work out the solutions. The office is very pleasant and efficient.

I only saw Dr. Chute’s assistant, but she was great! Helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed to know her stuff. She made sure to numb my knees before administering shots.

I had filled out my new patient forms before I got there. But I didn’t see the HIPAA forms included, and I wanted to read them. It stated that the office could change paper at any time and posted in the office without informing the patient. What do I have to do? Come up twice a day and check. I would not sign it in the office practices said that I couldn’t get a prescription on weekends when the doctor on call answer the phone. What do I do if I think there’s an infection in my knee do I have to wait until Monday and let the infection get worse. One of the secretary said I had to go to the ER. I said yeah and spent $15,000 in my Medicare money to get a prescription for antibiotic. Well they won’t let me see you so I wanted to go back in there but I realize I can’t so I left. I’m gonna go to West Palm Beach to go Sam why I used to work.
