Dr Shute was wonderful. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he saw in the x-rays. Gave me some suggestions. I definitely have confidence in Dr. Shute!! I felt rushed, like the dr was in a hurry. I never had an opportunity to discuss somethings. The exam was cut and dry. I realize that since the X-rays didn’t reveal anything specific, an MRI is needed, but I felt no attempt to establish a relationship with me. Didn’t seem interested in giving me suggestions, whether I should continue my exercise walking, continue icing? heat? I felt more like an inconvenience than a patient

Your physician assistant is awesome. I came in with very little hope, and she gave me hope. I will proceed with dual knee replacement surgery. I will set it up during my February 2024 appointment. I asked your staff about taking me to my car after the appointment. I struggled to make it from the parking lot to the front door, since my left shoulder is hurting. Unfortunately, the woman who took my co-payment said they couldn't take me to my Jeep. I am on my own, and it hurt that your staff wouldn't help me. I am getting a handicap parking permit, so I won't ask for help.

Visited for leg pain which was diagnosed as pulled hamstrings in both legs. Never got to see doctor but the PA I saw was thorough and excellent. He gave me great exercises to do before jogging or distance. walking. Couldn't be happier with the visit.
