Dr. George N. Zoys was born and raised in Dallas. He graduated Valedictorian from Bishop Dunne High School and attended Austin College. Dr. Zoys received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he distinguished himself by being elected a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He subsequently received the Charles Rockwood Award for Excellence in Orthopedics. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Zoys accepted a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Australia, where he participated in the orthopedic coverage of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Achievements and Professional Experience:
His special interests are in sports medicine, trauma, and joint replacement. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery and a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Zoys I can see by this first visit is very caring for his patients. I’m glad my friend referred me to him.. The assistant’s were friendly and very professional. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
