George T. Katsoudas, OD received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and then his Doctor of Optometry degree from NOVA Southeastern University College of Optometry in Davie, FL. Upon completing his education, Dr. Katsoudas returned to his hometown of Burlington, NC where he has practiced in corporate and private practices for over 15 years.
In 2016, Dr. Katsoudas joined the staff of Alamance Eye Center where he provides comprehensive optometric care, contact lens evaluations and fittings, as well as co-managing with ophthalmologists in the common goal of optimal vision and ocular health for every patient. Dr. Katsoudas is a member of the American Optometric Association and North Carolina Optometric Society.
Dr. Katsoudas, his wife and three children live in Burlington. They enjoy family time, exploring North Carolina, and following local, collegiate, and professional sporting events. The Alamance County community has always been a priority to Dr. Katsoudas, and he looks forward to offering his services to each and every one.

Always enjoy visits with Dr. Katsoudas. He is patient and very thorough in his exams and communications. He listens and gives a plan to achieve your best eyesight. He and his team are great!
