Sorry to give such a low review, but at this point, I have no choice. Getting in contact with anybody in this office is like pulling teeth without any anesthesia. Outside of making an appointment, there is no getting in contact with anybody else on the switchboard. I have a medication that’s critical to my livelihood that needs to be cleared by this doctors office and I can’t get anyone in this office to assist me in doing so. I’ve tried on several occasions leaving messages, no one returned my calls. When I call, they answer the phone and sends me over to another line for me to leave a message yet again! I’ve had it, I am done, I might as well just go to the graveyard and start digging my hole now because at this point, I have no other options !
