Dr. Feliciano is a fellow member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Prior to joining OAWF, Dr. Feliciano participated in the inception and management of his hospital’s joint replacement program and built a successful hip and knee reconstruction practice in Indianapolis.

Wonderful. I never feel rushed and he actually listens to me!! I recommend Dr. Feliciano to anyone who wants a good doctor and one who cares enough to explain things if one has questions.
Dr. Feliciano was very personable. He took time to listen to my issues and all of the things I had tried to remediate my knee. He explained the entire surgical procedure, answered all of our questions and promptly got me scheduled for surgery. I am lucky to have found him!
